Question: What can you tell me about TRUTH being my teacher?

Let truth be your student and your teacher.
Forget about titles and labels. Speak and share from the heart space, from the place of understanding the journey towards comprehending.
It is okay to have taken your time to get to where you are. There are no rules on speed of coming to a place and feeling of safety.
In order to speak one’s truth you pass through stages so that your truth can be shared from wisdom and not in fear, defense, or anger.
Passing through these stages brings compassion and grace, allowing you to recognise and heal those other emotions and allowing that we are all going to be at different places along that way. Some will stay longer in denial and incomprehension.
There is no such thing as being completely safe from criticism or judgement, but the more you speak your truth, the clearer you get. Some will drop away, allowing others to come forward.
To not speak your truth leaves you a little frozen in time, unclear what it is you are attracting towards you.
Own your truth, let the waters part, you will not be disappointed.
