Question: What is this fork in the road ahead of me, in work, love and friendship?
You are always at the fork in the road. Every day there are decisions to make, ways to go, people to see, things to respond to.
Be mindful and considerate of your path and not the path of another. Do not stray into the other, be a vessel for listening and receiving, but do not compromise your own direction, your values, your love, for a path that is not yours.
Do not hesitate to say yes to your path, to take it, even when it is a short lesson and not the main thoroughfare.
Turning back is going forward.

Our paths are strewn with flowers and mushrooms, with pebbles and nettles, with animal life and nature. Choose what is right for you and see the beauty in that which is not, do not judge it, do not run from it, do not pick up what is not yours.
What is yours will come to you when you take the path that is yours alone.
When it seems as though there are too many options, too many paths to choose from, be still like the lama and remember the owl sitting on your shoulder. Quiet yourself, tap into the wisdom within, the voice of the subconscious.
Be aware of the shadow, that which can not exist without the light, it is created by light, it is not there to hold us back, but to show us something. The shadow also provides us with respite on the journey, it can be a place of cool, to regenerate.
Go forth with calm and confidence.
Every path you take is the right one. Just choose it now.
